So .. for all the wonderful men in our world .. heart chakras ❤️

We have many chakras .. energy centres .. and 7 primary ones .. heart chakra being one of them .. Anahata

Over centuries .. generations .. men’s heart chakras got blocked as women got suppressed .. we are now at a time of masculine and feminine energy trying to regain a balance .. the good masculine and feminine (not the distorted stuff) .. so as women empowerment happens (good feminine energy.. not women trying to be men).. men’s heart chakras start opening .. together we get to a balance .. Shiv Shakti .. Radha Krishna ..

A reflection .. when I was young .. it would be older men that died of heart attacks .. then we heard of men in 50s.. last week someone I know lost a friend, age 42 (2 days after he was dancing in a wedding) and on Sunday my friends cousin died age 38 (tech guy who did weekend gigs in Bangalore) ..

Yes .. modern medicine is a thing and we all know doctors ☺️ .. but we are all just energy and the need to have balanced chakras so so so important .. express emotions .. “men don’t cry” .. “‘men have to be strong” .. all blah blah .. It’s 2024., narratives have to change .. we all have masculine and feminine energy .. we have all just gotten out of balance ..

When was the last time you put yourself first? Truly loved yourself?
when was the last time you cried ?
⁠when was the last time you received a compliment?
⁠when was the last time you laughed to the point of tears ?
⁠when did you last say “I love you” or heard “I love you”
⁠when did you last let go of something that been stressing you .. something you have no control over ?
