I have mentioned before .. growing up I thought love is so overrated .. a word over used and under meant! So distorted .. so blah! And then you start to understand Unconditional Love .. and that too of Self first ❤️

Healthy Boundaries

Can Self Love exist without Healthy Boundaries? only you know what works for you and what does not .. everyday you observe .. you learn .. you decide! Good, Right & True! No pedestals please.. they all break ☺️

Self Responsibility

We are co- creators of our reality .. so are you ready to take responsibility of what you have created in your life ? The good, the bad and the ugly? With Self Love we get to levels of empowerment that we had only dreamt of .. but with great power comes great responsibility (thank you Spider-Man). We all have choices, we can also choose not to take things personally ☺️

Life is happening for you and so all people, places and things are ultimately mirroring something to you! What are you seeing? What are you not seeing ? And yes the closer the mirror the bigger the reflection .. sacred mirror being the most profound reflection! My theme these days is “Never Settling” .. Going for Gold! How can Love ever Settle? Really?
