Meet Ashish .. have known him for 14 years now! The time he interviewed me for Target, the 1st development status we had to life after Target and always asking “What’s the story” and then the call .. “Will you do HR” and me laughing!
The corporate world doesn’t allow many real, authentic relationships .. being able to be true to yourself.. Ashish and I clicked, we have a foundational level of trust so we can fight, argue, give feedback, give A DING.. and we know it’s good, right and true, we don’t have to agree, we don’t take personally, we move on in, we make things happen! My “Boss” .. but “My Friend” .. really!
Ashish is off to Chile.. Falabella in India won’t be the same without him.. it’s been a fun 1 year, we always said we would work together again .. in some capacity, I just didn’t think I would be doing HR .. so their you go! Working with good people means more than what you think you should be doing ☺️
And Ashish if you ever read this .. Retail is the Business and Tech is the Enabler ☺️☺️☺️
